What we do

The IRONWHEELMOTORS workshop bays, with a car in for repair

Servicing

Interim, full and schedule servicing, with parts that keep a manufacturer history intact.

Diagnostics

Codes read, then traced to the actual cause. We do not clear a light and hand you the keys.

Brakes

Discs, pads, calipers, fluid. The old parts stay on the bench for you to look at.

Tyres

Supplied and fitted, balanced, with tracking checked while it is up on the ramp.

Repairs

Clutches, cambelts, suspension, exhausts — the jobs that come with mileage.

MOT

We arrange your MOT with a local DVSA-approved test station and prepare the car for it.

There is no price list, because the honest answer depends on the car. Give us the registration and the symptom and you get a quote before a spanner is picked up.

You get a quote before we start, and a phone call before we do anything that was not on it. If something can safely wait, we say so rather than adding it to the bill.

We are not a DVSA-approved MOT test station. We prepare your car and arrange the test with a local approved station on your behalf.

Old parts stay on the bench for you to look at unless you tell us not to bother.
