Privacy policy

How we handle the details you send us. Last updated 23 August 2026.

Who we are

IRONWHEELMOTORS is the data controller for the information described here. Our registered address is 168 St. James Park Road, First Floor Front, Northampton, NN5 5EN.

If you have any question about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address, if you give us one
  • Your message, and the vehicle or registration it relates to

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and we do not buy contact lists.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange a viewing, a callback or a piece of work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you have asked us a question and we need your contact details to answer it.

We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Who sees it

Your message is handled by us, and passes through two suppliers on the way:

  • Our form provider, which receives the submission and emails it to us.
  • Our website host, which serves these pages.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete it. Where a sale or a piece of work goes ahead, we keep the associated records for six years, because tax and consumer-rights obligations require it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • have inaccurate information corrected
  • ask us to delete information we no longer need
  • ask us to restrict how we use it
  • object to us using it on the basis of legitimate interests
  • ask us to transfer it to someone else in a portable form

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. Our cookie policy confirms what that means in practice.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.
